Down to business. Monica and I are both full time, professional real estate investors. We do rehabs, we successfully sell properties retail in this market, we have straight rentals and rent to own properties, we negotiate lots of short sales on all kinds of properties, and most importantly to you, we wholesale properties to other investors. Most of our wholesale properties come from our short sale business.

We do such a massive volume that we just can't buy all of the properties that we work on. Thats where you come in. We find the lead and work the short sale for 3 to 12 months, and when it is ready to go we send out an email to other investors, such as yourself, and flip the deal to you. You get a great deal, and we get a nice assignment fee which we use to find two or three more properties that will be ready about the time you are looking for another one.

We usually send out several good deals per month, so get ready.
